• Downloading

  Start by download the .zip in the downloads page, then extract it. Now open the folder, go inside the code/ folder and open NewMusic.exe if you are on Windows. On Linux you can just open the file NewMusic inside of code/.

  Now you have successfully launched the application. You can also pin the .exe file that you've opened on your taskbar, pinned, or even desktop if you want to access it easily.

• Adding your first music

  When you're in NewMusic, click on the bottom left "Admin Tool", you will now be redirected to the library editor. You can begin creating an artist and enter information on them like you want, you can even leave them blank. Then you can create from that artist page an album, where you can then add songs inside.

  If you are a more casual user or just aren't interested in the album structure the app has, you can download the easy-mode inside of the mods tab on this site. You can also download audios easily using mods too.
